Their IT upgraded everyone to Windows 11. Leah was able to install the mobile scanner software, but it is not working. She was aware and confirming the need to turn off the Core Isolation/Memory Integrity” setting. Her IT would not allow her to do so. She is going to go back and press the issue with them.
