End-User License Agreement

By accessing and using MyTutorialCenter ("the Application"), you agree to the terms of this End-User License Agreement ("EULA"). This application is operated by MySeniorCenter for internal business use.

License Grant

MySeniorCenter grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Application for its intended business purposes, including customer management, training coordination, and invoicing through integrated services.

Third-Party Services

The Application integrates with third-party services such as QuickBooks Online. Your use of these integrations is also subject to the respective third-party terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability or functionality of third-party services.

Restrictions

You may not:

• Share your account credentials with unauthorized individuals
• Use the Application for purposes other than authorized business activities
• Attempt to reverse engineer or modify the Application

Disclaimer

The Application is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. MySeniorCenter shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of this Application.
